Send us an email and describe your issue in as much detail as possible. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Open Vey, select the password reset option on the sign-in screen and enter the email address connected to your account. You will receive a secure password reset email.
Check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you entered the correct email address. You may need to wait briefly before requesting another email.
Use the account deletion function inside the Vey app or submit a request through our account deletion page.
Include your device model, Android version, app version and a short description of the steps that caused the issue. Screenshots are helpful but should not contain passwords or other sensitive information.
