Delete your account inside Vey
The fastest way to delete your account is through the Vey app. Open the app and navigate to the account or profile settings. Select the account deletion option and follow the instructions shown on screen.
You may be asked to confirm your identity before the deletion is completed.
Request deletion without using the app
If you no longer have access to Vey, you can request deletion by contacting us from the email address connected to your account.
Your request should include:
- The email address connected to your Vey account
- A clear statement that you want your account deleted
- Any relevant information that may help us identify your account
Do not include your password, verification codes or other sensitive authentication information.

Data that will be deleted
Once the request has been verified and processed, the Vey account and the data associated with it will be permanently deleted. Depending on the features used, this may include:
- Your Vey user account
- Your email address and account profile information
- Your saved training sessions
- Your training results and progress history
- Your personal training settings and preferences
- Other user-generated data connected to your account
After permanent deletion, this information cannot normally be restored.
Data that may be retained
Certain limited information may need to be retained where this is required by law, necessary for resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements or documenting financial transactions.
Any retained information will only be kept for the required purpose and for as long as necessary.
Anonymized information that can no longer be linked to an identifiable user may also be retained for statistical, reliability or product-improvement purposes.
Important information
- Deleting the Vey app from your device does not automatically delete your account.
- Account deletion is permanent and may remove your complete training history.
- We may contact you to verify that you are the owner of the account.
- Active subscriptions must be managed separately through the store account through which they were purchased.
